The project focuses on increasing access to technical and vocational educational and training (TEVT) programs for Nepalese youth (16-40 to years) including women, migrants, disadvantage, especially those who are living in remote regions, Dalit, marginalized Janajati and people with disability, through training.

The Foreign Employment Board (FEB) has allocated Fund for the implementation of Short-term Employable Vocational Skill Development Training for potential migrant workers. The aim of the project is to expand the supply of skilled and employable manpower by increasing access to quality training programs.

The Training vocational skill Development training to COVID-19 returnees migrant family held on bajura Budinanda municipality. The training wass 390 hours 90 days. Total 130 Participants 

Technical Vocational training was conducted for brick kilin worker of Kathmandu and Lalitpur brick industry worker of BricKK project. Total 61 Participants were trained in the tailoring occupation.

JIVIKA Hamro Samman project was implemented for reduce the prevalence trafficking-in-person through skill development training for total participants 237. The Objective of the project was to enhance the skill development training and positive impact to their livelihood.

The training was conducted on at Kailali districts three municipality Godawari municipality, dhangadi municipality and Gauriganga municipality's COVID-19 affected women entrepreneur. The fund was funded by World food program women in value chain project. Total participants 502 in different trade, Tailoring, Beautician, Building Electrical, Doll making, handicraft, sweet and snacks, mobile repair and motorcycle mechanics.

The skill Development training was held at Kapan Kathmandu on the occupations of basic tailoring. The poorest and very disadvantage marginalized people are involved in the training. The training duration was 390 Hours.

This project's mission was to train them with the Plumbing and facilitate them to take CTEVT level-I certificate based on the quotation given. The training was conducted with development of skill on plumbing.

Short term Vocational Training conducted at mid west region Banke, Bardiya and Rupandehi. The curriculum was followed by NSTB/CTEVT 390 Hours for very vulnerable and disadvantage group that were selected for the training.

The Agreement is for the Cooperative Development & Enterprise Promotion Project (CDEPP) under 'Nepal Livelihood and Resilience Program (NLRP) for the activity named " Vocational Training on Mason" for providing Vocational Training on mason 20 participants at Bardiya's poor, disadvantage and marginalised, vulnerable people on 2019.

The training was held at Lalitpur district of Nuwakot and Sindhupalchowk participants. The project objective is reduce the women trafficking and provide the training on very marginalized, vulnerable and potential trafficking survival. The Total participants are 20 on the occupation of tailoring and beautician.

Conducting Vocational Training in Selected Trades to focused on Dalit women marginalize group of Gulariya and Madhuban Municipality Bardiya under Economic Empowerment through Skill Development Project. The main objective of the project is to enhance the skill on related field and access to opportunities of local market Training on Tailoring Level 2.

Lalitpur Youth Development Training( LYDP) Goal of the Training of Youth (RC) are prepared for economic opportunity and Implemented and completed training in different trades under World Vision International Nepal-Lalitpur private non-sponsorship LPNS Project in different trade, such as Tailoring, Beauty Parlor, Electrical, cook, ECD facilitator and Light Vehicle driving.

Vocational skill training to COVID-19 affected communities

The goal of the EIG project was to mitigate conflict by training targeted marginalized youth for employment in the Mid-Western Region of Nepal. F-SKILL was the implementing partner for Component 2 – Increased vocational training and employment opportunities for targeted youth.

The main objective of this project is to expand the supply of skilled and employable labor by increasing access to quality training programs, and by strengthening the technical and vocational education and training system in Nepal.

Employment Fund (EF) is a national level program implemented by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Nepal which supports the skills training of poor and socially discriminated youths in order to link them to gainful employment.

The Main objective of the project was to train VMLRs discharged from the Maoists army cantonment as entrepreneurs and assist them establish their own micro-enterprises in order to have a sustainable rehabilitation in to civilian life.

SaMi is a bilateral initiative of the Government of Nepal and the Government of Switzerland. The overall goal of SaMi is the safer and more beneficial migration for women and men, who choose to go for migration. F-SKILL is in charge of providing vocational skill training to encourage semi-skilled (rather than unskilled) migration and linking traines with job placement providers.

F-Skill Pvt Ltd signed the short term professional services (time and material) agreement with save the children whereby F-skill Pvt Ltd provides and manage number of technical trainings and employment linkages under sub-sector livelihood out of three thematic areas that is livelihood and agriculture, health and nutrition, and climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction of Sustainable Action for Resilience and Food Security (Sabal).
